LILA

Our Lady of the Lake now offers LILA, a secure way for patients and providers to send medical images electronically. Follow the instructions below to quickly and safely share your radiology studies from other facilities into our system. You can also view the instructions with screenshots by clicking here.

1. Ensure your images are on a CD or USB.
2. Click on “Send us your imaging exams” button.
3. Click on the “Request a Connection” button.
4. Fill out the form to request permission to upload your existing exams. Once complete, click on the “Send Request” button.
5. You will receive an email confirmation to the address you used in the submission form with a link to get started.
6. Insert your device into the appropriate port. Follow the instructions to upload your medical images.
7. Please note: Processing your upload may take up to 48 hours before they become available to your provider.
