Everyone, including our doctors and staff, are screened daily for temperatures and symptoms before entering any of our buildings.

Space is safe

We’re physically distancing and have marked off space to help. The furniture is re-arranged and waiting areas have been redesigned.

No waiting appointments with electronic check-in

If you’re a returning patient, use your MyChart to check in for your appointment. Or using your phone, you can let us know when you arrive and where you’re comfortable waiting, and we’ll call you straight to your exam room.

Mask Up

Our entire team will be wearing a mask and we ask that you wear a mask during your visit too. Wearing a mask is for everyone’s protection.

Extra cleaning and sanitation

Hand hygiene is always essential and you’ll see plenty of sanitizer and hand washing stations being used. We clean surfaces every 15 minutes and have expanded overnight teams for deep cleaning each night.

Fast testing results

If you need blood drawn or x-rays, our labs and imaging areas follow the same processes for no waiting, safe space and cleaning. At many clinics we’ve also implemented rapid-result lab technology that get results within 10 minutes for covid-19 testing.
