Who is On My Way for?
On My Way is for people with non-life and non-limb threatening medical conditions. Think of it as a way for people with busy lives and busy families to conveniently access care for minor medical needs. If you are in doubt about the severity of your condition, you should always seek immediate care by going to the nearest emergency department or calling 911.
Estimated Treatment Time
On My Way will estimate a treatment time based on patient traffic so that you can arrive at the time selected and minimize your time spent in the waiting room. On My Way is not an appointment or reservation service.
Real Time Updates
On My Way users do not skip the waiting line, nor will they be seen ahead of individuals in the waiting room or impact others’ wait times. If there is an influx of patients with high severity emergency conditions, your projected treatment time may be delayed. If this occurs, you will receive real-time notifications via phone call and/or text message.
