• Are walk-ins welcome? Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome between 5 p.m. until close.
• Do I have to be an existing Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group patient to use this new service? No, we accept both new and existing patients!
• Is there a higher charge for after-hour care? No. Just like with any normal physician visit, you will be charged only your normal copay as determined by your insurance. This is what differentiates us from an Urgent Care Clinic.
• What kind of appointments can I schedule? We know that sometimes it’s hard to get into the doctor’s office when you’re balancing your busy schedule. That’s why you can schedule everything from well-check appointments to follow-up appointments or sick appointments during our new extended hours.
