Our team's goal is to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one.

If you encounter an issue while at Our Lady of the Lake, please share it with a hospital staff member so it can be addressed promptly and to your satisfaction.

In addition to in-room resources, we also have a Patient Advocate. Call (225)765-4321 or 5-4321 inside the hospital, and someone will respond as quickly as possible.

If you aren't satisfied with our response, you can contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report concerns or register complaints by calling (800) 994-6610 or completing an online complaint form.
